I stayed at this hotel with 3 kids and found it to be a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences. The internal window to the hall was a bit off-putting, and the 2 double beds turned out to be queen size for 3 guys. However, the location was fantastic, despite some room issues.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel. It's right in the heart of Merida, close to all the downtown sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the internal window to the hall was a bit of a letdown. The service was top-notch but could have been better if they had accommodated our request to change rooms. The hotel is situated in a very nice Mexican restaurant area, making it convenient for dining out.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location near the main square and the convenience of being walking distance from all downtown sites. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with two queen size beds that were perfect for our group of three guys. The low-quality window didn't bother us much as we were out exploring most of the time. Despite our request for a room change, the service was prompt and accommodating, offering car hire and assistance with tours and tickets. However, the lack of included dining was a letdown as we had to search for local restaurants nearby. The hotel's facilities were adequate, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
